Excellent Service Joe and his team have been providing my family with pool and spa services for several years. They are excellent! They helped us get the old pool and spa at our new home up and running, including sourcing and upgrading all of the pumps and equipment. They are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Always responsive to questions and happy to help or troubleshoot a problem. Definitely a company focused on customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a pool and/or spa.

Fantastic! Joe and his team were fantastic. My hot tub kept tripping the breaker and Joe reached back out right away and was able to come by to give me a diagnoses within a day. His communication leading up and during was great (not like the norm I’m accustomed to nowadays). Joe had a diagnoses within 15-20 minutes and was back with the new heater within 2 days to install. Joe also made some very logical suggestions which were cost effective and would save money next time should we have any further issues. Highly recommended and I will reach out to Joe and his team for anything hot tub related moving forwards

Friendly and Efficient I needed some maintenance done on my pool. My pump had stopped working and I could not figure out what the issue was. I called platinum pool & spa and they were very helpful. Joe was able to come quickly and fixed the issue with no problems. He was friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Platinum again. Thank you Joe!

Smooth and Efficient Our hot tub had some water freeze in the pipes during Winter which caused some issues with one of the pumps. After reaching out via their website, Joe quickly scheduled a technician visit, Steve arrived on time and sent a text in-advance to let us know he was enroute. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and returned a few days later with a new pump. The entire process was smooth and very efficient, with excellent attention to detail and communication. Thanks so much for your help!

Life Savers! Great work by these guys! I had a leak and they were life savers! Not only did they repair the leak, they kept me informed along the way and then helped me set it up when they brought it back to my house. The repair wasn't small and they did it quickly and got me back up and running. I'd recommend these guys to anyone having any pool or spa problems.

The technician showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to share some tips and advice to prevent future breaks from happening.
